Workflow Tracking and Proofing Processes: We began by checking in on how people are doing with the workflow tracking and proofing processes that we’d discussed two weeks ago. I demonstrated the many exciting texts that are just waiting to be claimed for checking in Trello and encouraged everyone to keep track of all their progress in Trello and the change logs, as well as on the printed proofing sheets. If you have questions about proofing, corrections entry, or checking – or about tracking your work – you can email me or check the notes from the last meeting at: http://dsg.neu.edu/wiki/June_26,_2014

Idealized Page Numbers: We revisited the question of idealized page numbers and decided that we want to go through the report that Syd generated before reaching a final decision on whether they are necessary. Syd is going to set up a (hopefully) less daunting report that collects just the information mismatches. If you are interested in reviewing that report to explore whether idealized page numbers are capturing any significant information, just let me know.

Documentation: Sarah Stanley and I will be reviewing and addressing issues in the internal documentation, so if you notice any broken links, typos, missing content, or other issues in the course of your encoding, please email those to us.

Encoding Computers: Syd let everyone know that we will be getting different computers in the encoding area, so there might be some issues while everything is set up.
