Shannon worked with the Digital Scholarship Group as a project manager, dealing with textual analysis projects. She received her M.A. in Public History and Certificate in Digital Humanities from Northeastern University. Her research interests include 20th century American social and cultural history, indigenous studies, and digital storytelling and mapping.
